He has supported major oil companies, industrial clientele, superfund sites, municipalities, and large civil projects with engineering, construction, and environmental compliance expertise. His combined engineering and construction background on a broad range of projects provides practical and cost-effective solutions to complex technical problems. As a project manager, he has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding project schedule and budget goals, and safety expectations. He effectively communicates with stakeholders, and continually advocates for his client. As a manager/supervisor, he has developed programs and trained and managed staff to meet client and employer expectations, while simultaneously fostering the careers of many and diverse individuals for long-term success.
Beverly is a Biologist with 15 years of experience as a certified analytical laboratory technician, hazardous waste technician, and a certified Source Control Inspector for industrial waste discharges. As a laboratory technician, her knowledge and expertise covers a wide range of analytical testing and reporting of various sample matrices to comply with regulated analytical methods and meet quality control standards. As a Source Control Inspector, she worked with industrial discharge permittees to monitor and support their permit compliance effort. She provided technical guidance on permit conditions, treatment system operation and maintenance, sampling and reporting practices, and pollution prevention best management practices. Additionally, she performed special studies and engaged the industry and the general public for pollution prevention initiatives for environmental toxins, such as Organophosphate pesticides.
